vision needs met in one facility. We repair and adjust most styles of eyewear
at no charge to our patients; this service includes replacement of nose pads and

KEEPING YOU INFORMED AT ALL TIMES
When you refer your
patients to other health professionals you want to know they are in competent
and caring hands, and you want to be kept informed regarding the patient’s
status. Many times, as in treating diabetes, it is essential to have an
understanding of your patient’s ocular health. We understand your needs and
pledge to always keep you fully up-to-date on your patient’s ocular status.
We provide timely reports of examination results via fax, mail, or e-mail per
your preference; just let us know how you would like to receive updates from us.
We also actively manage recalls for examinations. Our recall system includes
pre-appointing for annual exams or recalls greater than one year out, recall
mailings, recall phone calls and recall e-mails.
